What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered

Damage from drops or abuse, unauthorized repair, and normal wear items.

How to claim

1. Register your tools in the Beiter app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
2. Contact your distributor or us with the tool's serial number and a short description of the issue.
3. We confirm whether the tool will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
